is inspired by traditional and not-so-traditional dishes from
Central America, South America and the Carribbean. Our traditional dishes are
from countries ranging from Cuba, Peru, Mexico, and Argentina, just to mention
a few. We have also gotten creative and created a few dishes that are not-so-traditional, but still use a Latin-inspired flair of cooking. We hope that you enjoy all of our dishes and hope to bring you new and exciting dishes on a regular basis!

is perfect to make with the kids!
4 8" Flour Tortillas
2 Cups Canola Oil
1 T Sugar
1 T Cinnamon
Heat oil in a shallow pan until the oil sizzles when you place a small piece of
tortilla in it. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Drop a few pieces of tortilla
and cook until golden brown. Remove the tortillas from the oil and let them
rest on a plate with paper towels. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a plate.
Transfer the hot tortillas onto the plate and coat with the cinnamon and sugar
mixture. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
